1. For example, if someone requests for access to the "CRM bulk update", we can go to Hierarchy Manager with admin access-> select the specific menu in Hierarchy-> right-click, choose "Node Properties,"-> then navigate to "Roles" to find the role number (e.g., "69").

The exact role access has been provided to the user. However, before granting this access to anyone, approval is required. Bulk update access allows completing actions on multiple CRMs in one go, so this access is not available to all admins—only NAR Admins and Authority Admins are authorised.
