A quick run down on how to see who is allocated to a CRM/Workflow/Task/Role

 

In Authority - navigate to Category Codes (Admin - Customer - Customer Request Management - Parameters - Category Codes (i_al092))   - search the for the category

 

Find - search in Major Category - or you can search by CRM category name in Description (e.g. *Industry*)

 

In this case - there are 7 categories with Industry as the Major Category.

 

This category has the Workflow ECOD - Economic Development assigned to it.

 

 

 

 

To get more information about the workflow - open Workflow Definition (Admin - Customer - Customer Request Management - Workflow (i_dm024)) and search.

Find - enter ECOD - OK

 

This shows that Adam is the responsible for the Workflow (this is usually always a Team Leader or a Manager) - and Lonnie and others are responsible for actioning the task/s.

 

 

 

To see who 'others' is - you open User Administration - iServices (Admin - System - Web Platform - User Administration - iServices (i_al110))

Find - enter 505 in the Role and then put an = in the end date to only show active staff. OK

This will show all staff in the role CRM - Industry Admin

 

 

 

 

In this case - there are two users assigned this role - Lonnie and Adam - just use the arrow to toggle through..

 

 

 

 

 

To add someone to this role - open User Administration - Search for the user. Click Update

 

Click down in the role section. Then select Insert Line - add 505 then tab.
