Unable to access the intranet, CM9/HPE Content manager or U drive try the following:
- Log onto the second computer to see if the same issue occurs.
- If the issue occurs on the second computer, complete a restart of both computers
- If the issue is still occurring after the restart you will need to turn the Cisco modem. Prior to restarting Cisco modem turn off both computers.
- The Cisco modem is located in the grey steel cupboard above the alarm. To reach the cupboard please use the step ladder, open the grey cupboard by twisting the key and opening the door. The cisco modem is located on the right hand side (has lots of cables coming out of it). The words cisco is located on the modem. To restart the modem, switch the on/off switch to the off position wait a minute and then flick the switch back to the on position. You will need to wait a minute or 2 before turning your computer on to check if you are back connected to the system.
- The phone may be affected when you restart cisco, to reconnect the phone simple unplug the power cord (thin black cord) from the back of the phone, wait a minute then plug back in.
