Each time you change your network password you will be required to update it on your iPad/iPhone as well in order for the device to sync with your corporate email account.

You will not be able to receive or send emails from your device(s) until you update the password.


On your device select Settings


Scroll down and select Passwords & Accounts


Click on the Exchange ActiveSync Account


Select your email account


Update your password to your current network password ( the one used to log on to the PC )



Select Done - give it a minute then re-open your emails. 

New emails will begin to come through
