To troubleshoot issues you may be experiencing with your Jabra Dock and headset (most commonly audio issues) - Here is how you can reboot your dock. 

If you are still having issues after following the below steps - please report the issue to IT for further investigation and advise you've tried a reboot. 



Push and hold the middle button

This will take you to the advanced menu

Tap the plus to move across to BASE

Make sure BASE is in the middle


Tap the tick to select BASE

The Base options will be displayed.

Tap the middle button until you get to

Reset Configuation

You will see reset configuration.

Tap the – symbol to move the Yes option to the centre

When Yes is moved to the centre tap the tick

Reset rebooting will commence

Tip the tick to select English

Dock Headset in Base if it is not already.

Start Setup hit the tick for Yes

Set up desk phone, tap the plus to move the No across to the middle.

When No is centred, tap the tick

Set up mobile device option will appear – tap the + to move the No Option to the centre.

Tap the Tick to select No

Update Rebooting will now be completed

You should now see a little monitor screen on the left of the dock under the green phone icon, as pictured.

Open Business Connect , click File, Options

Navigate to the Audio Options and make sure it’s set the same as is pictured.
