If you are using Business Connect and find that you cannot hear someone else or they cannot hear you, check your audio settings in Business Connect.


 

INSTRUCTIONS TO CHECK/CHANGE AUDIO SETTINGS IN BUSINESS CONNECT:


1. Click on the settings cog on the bottom left of Business Connect

Click on the settings drop down and select Audio/Video

 


NEXT STEPS DEPEND ON WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE USING A JABRA HEADSET/DOCK 

 

IF YOU ARE NOT USING A JABRA HEADSET

 

If you do not have a Jabra headset, you will need to set all audio settings to Realtek Audio so that audio goes through your computer

IF YOU ARE USING A JABRA HEADSET

 

If you are using a Jabra Headset and want audio to go through your headset, set all audio settings to Jabra Engage 75
