Open Business Connect |

Click on Contacts along the ribbon
Select New Group |

Enter a group name
Click Add to Contacts (on the bottom right) |

Add your team/contacts to the group:
1. Search for the desired contact
2. Right click on the contact
3. Select Add to Group
4. Select the group you just created |

Right click in the white space beside the group name
Click Chat |
|
|
A window with the group will open.
You can chat here as a team or call/video the whole team at once.

|
|
Users from the group need to be logged into Business Connect.
They will get a notification that a group chat or call has started. Click on the notification to join the chat/call. |
