You can connect your tablet or laptop to the TV's in the meeting rooms at the Cobram Office. Follow the instructions below to mirror your screen onto the TV. 



1. Ask IT connect your device to the Wifi 

 

Once your device has been connected to the Wifi, your device will remember the Wifi network

2. Open the Sharelink App on your PC or Tablet

 

If you do not have the Sharelink app, please ask IT to install it 

 

 

 

 

3. Enter the IP address from the bottom left of the TV screen 

 

 

 

 

4. Enter the 4 digit code from the bottom right of the TV screen 

 

Note: This 4 digit code changes after every meeting

 

 

5. Click on the name of the meeting room you want to connect to

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Click on the PLAY button 

 

 

Your screen should now be displaying on the TV
