If your desk phone is showing the incorrect time and date, it is likely set to the incorrect time zone.
To resolve this issue:
1. On the phone hit the home button on the right and then select:
- Settings
- Basic
- Preferences
- Time and Date
- Time Zone
- Select Melbourne (it is close to the bottom of the list)
2. Once the time zone is set correctly, go into the phones recent calls and clear all of the calls from the phones history by hitting the delete button on the top right of the screen.
3. Do a couple of test calls and see if the date/time of the call shows correctly
